Upon placing your order:
Step 1 –
Email us your information
– Email us your design choice or design
request to your graphic , message
wording, and wording for response cards
or extra pages to us at
message@invitationinabottle.com.
(Please reference your order number and
last name in the subject line of the
e-mail. e.g.
Smith Order
No. 1234). If
you have any specific requests for
fonts, graphics or style, please include
that information in your e-mail, as
well. Also, be sure to attach any photos
or other images you would like us to
use.
Your
message text will be forwarded to your
own graphic designer.
Step 2 –
Receive your proofs via email.
Within
5 business days (2 business days for
rush orders), your designer will e-mail
you several proofs to review. Proofs are
included as e-mail attachments just as
if you were receiving a photo via
e-mail.
Step 3 –
Review your proofs and email changes or
corrections. I f you have any
changes, we will send you a revised
proof. We allow 2 rounds of revisions
for your message. No order is shipped or
mailed without your final approval. If
you have designed your own message you
would like us to print and include in
your bottle, you can send it to us via
e-mail in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft
Publisher, or .pdf format (contact us
for size/layout information).
Step 4 –
Send your approval via email.
Step 5 – We
make and ship your bottles.
