Shipping and Returns
Why my shipping charges seems high?
  Please note that we do not markup shipping or postage. Because our strong partnership with shipping carriers, we get substantial discounts from FedEx and USPS. We pass all of them to our valuable customers as savings.
Further note that bottles are somewhat bulky and we need to pack them well for safe shipping.
Shop with confidence, we are not here to pay tricks on you.
What are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated at the shopping cart page.
Simply add items to your cart and
  • Select country, region and type your postal code
  • Press "Recalculate" to get shipping quotes
  • country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please contact customer service via email , phone or live chat.
Here you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. You do NOT need to enter payment/credit card information to calculate shipping.
How do I return my product?
  Please contact customer service via phone, email or chat for a return authorization number (RMA). You must contact customer service within 10 days of receving the order. Please note that personalized items are not returnable. Upon receiving  a RMA, please ship products back to us and allow 3-4 weeks for refund to process.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 10 days of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  For kits with no printing only, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as all materials are intact, not damaged and have not been used. We charge a 25% re-stocking fee and do not refund shipping charges, and you must contact us for a return authorization number. For assembled invitation orders, if no design work has been completed there is a $10 cancellation charge. If design work has begun, we will refund 75% of your total. Upon design approval, no refund will be given. Rush orders may not be cancelled.
