Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Once the order ships you will get an email with tracking number/s.
Also you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
  There are multiple ways that you can track your package. Once the order ships you will get an email with tracking numbers. You can track your order directly at FedEx or USPS website using the tracking number. You can do the same by clicking on the tracking number link on the email.
OR
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site and login to your account to track your order.

For invitation orders, with mailing service to send your invitations directly to your guests, they go out USPS First Class Mail and no tracking available. For additional cost we can send your our invitations with tracking. Please contact customer service if you like more information about mailing service with tracking.


My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact your shipping carrier FedEx or USPS directly to locate your items.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact customer service.

In rare cases packages may get delayed due to shipping carrier related issues like bad weather or misrouting. As you can imagine, shipping carrier issues are beyond our control. However we are more than happy to help you in every possible way.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipping carrier FedEx or USPS directly to confirm that your packages were delivered.
As you can imagine, shipping carrier issues are beyond our control. However we are more than happy to help you in every possible way.
My product is missing parts.
  Within 10 days of receipt of your item, please contact customer service for any issues related to the items you received.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability and processing time of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Please allow following standard processing times:
  • Do it yourself kits (no printing) 1-2 business days
  • Do it yourself kit (with printed message) 7 business days
  • Invitations (standard) 2 weeks
  • Invitations (rush) 4-5 business days
  • Gift Bottles 1 business day
