For custom orders, our turnaround time is approximately 14 business days from the date we receive your message text. We will send your proofs within approximately 5 business days, and will send them to you via e-mail. We allow 2 rounds of revisions.   If you have changes, we will get back to you within 1-3  business days from the receipt of your changes via email.

If time is tight!
Rush service (5 business day turnaround time for your order) and express shipping are available for an additional charge. You can select this option when placing your order.

Do It Yourself Kits:
For kits or bare bottles, orders are shipped between 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Express shipping is also available when you order. Custom kits ship approximately 14 business days from  the date we receive your message text. 

Glass Gift Bottles:
These will ship the next business day.
